Lead time: 10 business days.
All orders on personalized glassware will ship after 10 business days
processing time. We cannot rush personalized glass orders.
Important:
There is a minimum order quantity on all personalized favors including
our printed glassware. The minimum order quantity on this item is 20 pieces.
While we take great care in packaging all orders breakage can sometimes
occur in transit.
We suggest ordering some extra pieces in case of breakage or other damage/defects as we are unable to replace damaged/defective or broken personalized items. We can only offer a credit in these situations.
As with all personalized items on our site, orders on personalized glassware
are non-refundable.

*We ship our products from several warehouses. If you are selecting items that ship from more than one warehouse the shipping cost will be slightly higher. Shipping can be calculated on our checkout page.
Most items ship from our warehouse within five business days. Once the item ships from our warehouse, UPS will deliver the item within a further 1-5 business days. Please review the map above to determine UPS Ground transit time based on your location. If you need your items sooner, then please select Rush Processing ($7.50) on our checkout page. This will ensure your item ships from our warehouse within 1-2 business days instead of five or within 5 business days instead of 10 for personalized items. After shipment, normal UPS Ground Transit times apply - review map above for details.
If you need your items faster than that, then please call us for a UPS Air Shipment Quote (we can provide you with quotes for Next Day Air, Two Day Air and Three Day Air)
Delivery Time Examples (Most items delivered sooner than outer range examples shown above)
Customer John Smith lives in New York, places an order on Monday, order is processed and shipped by the following Monday, John receives his order Tuesday (next day after shipment)
Customer Jane Boyle lives in San Francisco CA, places an order on Monday, order is processed and shipped by the following Monday, Jane receives her order the following Monday (five business days after shipment)
If Jane Places a Rush ($7.50) on her order she receives her items five days sooner than normal processing for the example shown above

I used these as my wedding favors. The quality was great and I had no problems with them. I ordered 75 and not one came damamged or broke. I really loved them. The only thing is that I wish more of a variety as far as gift packaging was availbe.
