There is a minimum order quantity on all personalized favors including
our printed glassware. The minimum order quantity on this item is 20 pieces.
While we take great care in packaging all orders breakage can sometimes
occur in transit.
We suggest ordering some extra pieces in case of breakage or other damage/defects as we are unable to replace damaged/defective or broken personalized items. We can only offer a credit in these situations.
As with all personalized items on our site, orders on personalized glassware
are non-refundable.

The Champagne Flute were a wonderful celebration gift. They arrived on time as promise. None of the glasses were broken.

I received these party favors in a timely manner! They were just like I wanted them. I love the blue color that I chose. My event has not happened yet but I am totally satisfied! None of them were broken and they fit into the box perfectly!!!

I loved getting an actual person to talk to when most needed and getting exact information. The shipping arrived as agreed. The font size was smaller than appeared on line
and the champagne flutes were dirtier than anticipated but when washed, they sparkled more than the water glasses our venue provided. I would certainly order again.
