our printed glassware. The minimum order quantity on this item is 24 pieces.
While we take great care in packaging all orders breakage can sometimes
occur in transit.
We suggest ordering some extra pieces in case of breakage or other damage/defects as we are unable to replace damaged/defective or broken personalized items. We can only offer a credit in these situations.
As with all personalized items on our site, orders on personalized glassware
are non-refundable.

No doubt Favor Warehouse only prints favorable reviews in order not to lose business. Not to worry, Favor Warehouse! I have the entire internet to write a review of my horrific experience with your products! And I've begun to do just that!
I wish I could leave no stars. Very, very unhappy. I ordered 50 personalized mugs for my daughter's sweet 16 party to use as favors. Instead of a number "6" on the mugs in the number "16", it looks like a small cursive "o" because the tail on the 6 is non-existent on most of the mugs. Can you imagine what a disappointment that is?!! The most important part of the mug's message- ruined!! Terrible! The only thing I can suggest to those of you who are considering these is- go elsewhere and pay a bit more. This is the first and last time I will ever use this company.

I ordered these mugs for my wedding favors and I could not be more pleased. They are perfect. Shipping was quick-but I only live about 3 hours away from the warehouse. Not one mug was broken which is what I was concerned about. I can't wait to give these out!

I did a lot of searching online and this site had the best bargains. The mugs turned out great and everyone LOVED them as a favor. We had a winter wedding so we also included a packet of hot chocolate. It was simple to design and shipping was fast.
