At Favor Warehouse we pride ourselves on having the most competitive prices online for all of our favors.
We believe that shipping prices should be equally competitive. Please carefully read the shipping information below so you have a clear understanding of our shipping policies and delivery times.
Business days are M-F, non-holidays. i.e., an order received on a Saturday would be reviewed first on a Monday and the first business day would be Tuesday.
How is Shipping Calculated?
Our shipping charges are based on package weight, the warehouse location from where the item(s) ship and your delivery postal code.
Shipping charges can be calculated automatically on either the shopping cart page or on the checkout page before payment details are entered.
Processing and Shipping Time
Order Processing (the time before an item will ship from the warehouse)
- All non-personalized items 2-5 business days
- Personalized items (non-glassware or ceramics) beginning with codes XEOS, XKAN, XEB , XCC, XBAN, XCT, XBR, xFP, or xLR 14 business days
- Personalized items beginning with codes XMB - 10 business days
- Screen Printed Glassware and Ceramics
- 14 business days for items beginning with code XFP or XKAN – screen printed glassware, coasters, ceramics, water bottles are not eligible for RUSH PROCESSING due to processing and drying time requirements.
Shipping Transit Time (this is the transit time once an item departs the warehouse)
Transit time once an order ships 1 to 5 business days based on a) the location of the shipping warehouse and b) the destination postal code

Orders received after 3 pm EST (M-F), will be viewed the following business day and processing day 1 is counted as the first business day after this date.
Orders are not processed over weekends - the first processing day for orders placed over a weekend is Tuesday.
Most orders are shipped via UPS ground unless other arrangements are made or selected.
Please note all xWS items ship via FedEx.
You may wish to limit items to those shipping from the same warehouse, otherwise your shipping costs are based on multiple packages. See the table below to determine from where your favors will ship.

How can I Minimize My Shipping Costs?

When you use our shipping promos or coupon codes, Favor Warehouse reserves the right to refund for any pieces reported as missing/damaged given the significant shipping discount already provide.
If coupon codes are taken at checkout, we will issue refund only for damaged pieces – we will not be able to ship replacements. We recommend ordering extra pieces if you are concerned about breakage. Please note for screen printed orders, there are no circumstances under which replacements can be shipped as noted in the product descriptions.
If you choose to use a shipping coupon and then return your package for a refund, any shipping coupon amount taken will be deducted from any refund amount - this is in addition to posted restocking fees. This applies to complete and/or partial returns - partial returns are generally not accepted.

If a package is returned for a refund, the value of the shipping coupon provided will be deducted from any refund due along with the 10% item restocking fee.
Disclaimer: When a shipping coupon code is taken, we cannot send replacements for any broken/damaged, missing or short-shipped items – we will issue refunds in these cases when photo proof of damage is provided. With all personalized glassware, if items are damaged in shipment, we can only issue refunds – not replacements – regardless of whether a coupon is taken. Please keep in mind and ensure you have ordered sufficient pieces to account for any possible damage in transit.
Do You Have a Retail Location?
We do not maintain a showroom or pickup location. All orders placed on our site will be shipped to the delivery address you specify during the checkout process.
Items are shipped from one of 10 different warehouses depending on our current inventory as well as the manufacturer code(s) for the item(s) ordered. All products we sell list the shipping warehouse location in the item description.

We offer worldwide shipping via UPS for most items. Shipping costs can be calculated online by adding the items to your shopping cart, proceeding to the checkout page and entering a complete shipping address. Once entered, scroll down and click the UPS drop-down box to view shipping costs.
Additionally, given the high cost of shipping and customs/brokerage fees we do not ship replacements for items damaged in transit – we issue refunds for these items with photo proof of damage.
Please contact UPS and/or your Customs Office for an estimate of these fees.
Payment outside of the US and Canada must be made via wire transfer.
Shipping transit time is dependent on the shipping option selected.
Sample Purchases/Low Volume Orders
Please limit your sample purchases to no more than 2-4 different item codes. We must limit to no more than 2-4 items in order to be able to efficiently process the order in the warehouse - otherwise the labor costs in packaging the order exceed the order value. Favor Warehouse reserves the right to cancel orders that do not comply with our sample purchase policy.
When fragile items are included – such as Murano or other glass items – the limit of distinct item codes is four. We will only fill one sample order per customer.
Where US Post Office shipping is offered, we will only honor Post Office shipping when items are shipping from a single warehouse. For Post Office shipping, only select items beginning with the same code – e.g., all XKA or all F or all D – not a mix of codes. Favor Warehouse reserves the right to cancel orders when customers do not abide by these terms.
Post Office transit times for First Class mail range from 3-5 business days or more for US shipments and 2-5 weeks for Canadian shipments. For time sensitive deliveries we recommend UPS.
**Please Note: There is 25% restock fee on all xLZ items.
If your event favors order comes damaged or broken we can replace the broken pieces or issue a refund on the broken pieces after they are sent back to us.
We require either photo evidence of damage or for damaged pieces to be returned.
This is required to support our claim with UPS and/or the manufacturer in the case damaged and/or defective items are reported.
Favor Warehouse reserves the right to refund rather than replace items, this is especially the case when shipping discounts and/or promo codes are taken.
We recommend ordering a couple of extra pieces if an exact count of items is necessary to support an event.
Additionally, breakage/damage/defects on items shipped outside the US are refunded rather than replaced.
Under no circumstances can we accept returns on food items.
*PLEASE NOTE: All returns and any reports of damage must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of receipt.
Manufacturer Packing/Packaging Fee
When items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, as noted in the item description, rather than our Thornwood NY warehouse, the manufacturers impose a fee that covers their cost to pack and package your order - this is separate from the shipping charge you select on the checkout page. The fee applies once per manufacturer selected per order. The fees vary by manufacturer.

Where available, USPS First Class shipping, is limited to items with a shipped weight including favor and packing material not to exceed .8 lbs - anything above that will not be able to ship First Class. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders where USPS First Class is selected when the item exceeds the weight limit, ships outside of the 48 Contiguous US states or ships from a location other than our Thornwood NY warehouse.
