Shipping Time:
All orders placed using a credit card are processed, packed, and shipped out of our warehouse within 5 business days.
Delivery time after that depends on your location and can take an additional 1 to 5 business days.

All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless other arrangements are made.
International Shipping*:
We now ship Internationally. International shipping is currently limited to the following countries:
Canada,Australia,Guam,Virgin Islands(US & British), United Kingdom, Ireland, American Samoa, Antigua.
Shipping rates can be calculated on our checkout page after items are added to your cart and you address information is entered.
* For international orders, please be advised that our shipment costs do not include any duties imposed by your customs authorities or brokerage fees imposed by the brokerage firm. Duties, Taxes and Brokerage fees are not charged by us and will be due at time of delivery on orders shipping outside the United States. Please contact UPS and/or your Customs Office for an estimate of these fees.
Personalized Items:
Processing time on personalized products ranges from 3 to 6 business days before they are shipped out of our warehouse, with the exception of engraved products which can take up to 10 business days.
Please Note: We do not have a showroom or pickup location. All orders placed on our site will be shipped to the delivery address you specify during the checkout process.

Personal Checks and Postal Money Orders are shipped as soon as the checks have cleared.
If you need your favors immediately give us a call and we will work with you to get them out right away.
