Most items ship from our warehouse within five business days. Once the item ships from our warehouse, UPS will deliver the item within a further 1-5 business days. Please review the map above to determine UPS Ground transit time based on your location. If you need your items sooner, then please select Rush Processing ($15.00) on our checkout page. This will ensure your item ships from our warehouse within 1-2 business days instead of five or within 5 business days instead of 10 for personalized items. After shipment, normal UPS Ground Transit times apply - review map above for details.
If you need your items faster than that, then please call us for a UPS Air Shipment Quote (we can provide you with quotes for Next Day Air, Two Day Air and Three Day Air)
Delivery Time Examples (Most items delivered sooner than outer range examples shown above)
- Customer John Smith lives in New York, places an order on Monday, order is processed and shipped by the following Monday, John receives his order Tuesday (next day after shipment)
- Customer Jane Boyle lives in San Francisco CA, places an order on Monday, order is processed and shipped by the following Monday, Jane receives her order the following Monday (five business days after shipment)
- If Jane Places a Rush ($13.95) on her order she receives her items five days sooner than normal processing for the example shown above
- *Personalized items require 5-10 days to process, after which normal UPS Ground Transit times (as shown in map above) apply. If you need your item sooner then select Rush Processing and/or call us for an Air Shipment quote at 1-631-293-4845

I ordered personalized tags for the wine stoppers to replace the thank you tags orginally on the stoppers. I was not aware they would arrive separately and did write the websitewhen they arrived . I was told they would be arriving soon after.They came 2 days later. I did seem a bit upset on line and the representive who responded seemed a bit short with me with my note. The tags are cute. And they did arrive soon after... All in all, the product seems to be nice for the wedding shower. Thanks

The fonts are too small that make the the words difficult to read... I was disappointed with this item even if the design of the tag is very nice.

The tags came out very nicely done, I was just expecting them to already come pre-asembled with the actual party favor. I had to set up the favors with the tags all very last minute.
