Shipping Time:
All orders placed using a credit card are processed, packed, and shipped out of our warehouse within 5 business days.
Delivery time after that depends on your location and can take an additional 1 to 5 business days.

All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless other arrangements are made.
We do not ship internationally:
Shipping outside of continental US is limited to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam but please contact us for rates before you place your order.

Personalized Items:
Processing time on personalized products ranges
from 3 to 6 business days before they are shipped out of our warehouse, with the exception of engraved products which can take up to 10 business days.
If you need your order expedited please call us for pricing on rush deliveries. We can be reached between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern time at (888) 835-8086.
Personal Checks and Postal Money Orders are shipped as soon as the checks have cleared.
If you need your favors immediately give us a call and we will work with you to get them out right away.
