All orders placed using a credit card will ship within 5 business days.
UPS delivery time is between 1 and 5 business days depending on your location. If you need your wedding favors or favors sooner we also offer 3 day select, 2nd day air and overnight shipping. Shipping prices on heavy items or to the West coast may be slightly higher. If this is the case we will let you know right away before the order is shipped. Items that are out of stock:
If item is not in stock you will be notified of via email or telephone as to when it will become available. If you cannot wait until the item is back in stock and cannot find an item on the site to replace it you will receive a full refund on your order.
Personalized orders can take up to 10 business days for processing before they are shipped. If you need to rush your personalized order please call us for prices on express shipping to your area. You can reach our customer service department at (914) 514-3244.
*NOTE: We are unable to ship replacements for any screen printed items such as personalized glassware or water bottles that arrive damaged or broken. In the event that some of the screen printed products you purchase do arrive broken/damaged we will refund your card for the number of pieces affected after you provide us with photo proof via email.
We recommend ordering a few extra pieces just in case.

We can ship to Canada but we are not responsible for any extra duty fees.
We accept payment by credit card, personal check or money order.
Credit Card Orders:
We accept VISA, Master card, and American Express.
Orders by Personal Check:
Orders paid for by personal check will be shipped out 1 week after receipt of the check.
If your event favors order comes damaged or broken we can replace the broken pieces or issue a refund on the broken pieces after they are sent back to us.
We require either photo evidence of damage or for damaged pieces to be returned.
This is required to support our claim with UPS and/or the manufacturer in the case damaged and/or defective items are reported.
Favor Warehouse reserves the right to refund rather than replace items, this is especially the case when shipping discounts and/or promo codes are taken.
We recommend ordering a couple of extra pieces if an exact count of items is necessary to support an event.
Additionally, breakage/damage/defects on items shipped outside the US are refunded rather than replaced.
We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors. These errors occur very rarely. If you have a question about a price that seems incorrect please inform us so we can investigate and fix the problem.
If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it to us for a
refund. Orders must be returned to us within 10 days of delivery to you.
Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10% or $5.00, whichever is higher, and we do not refund shipping costs or RUSH Processing fees. We do not accept returns on any personalized orders and we do not accept partial returns on regular orders.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to return your order or if you have any questions about our return policy. Orders that are cancelled before shipping are still subject to a 5% processing charge.

Shipping Promos & Coupon Codes
When you use our shipping promos or coupon codes, Favor Warehouse reserves the right to refund for any pieces reported as missing/damaged given the significant shipping discount already provide.
We also reserve the right to choose a less expensive shipping method than the one selected if the delivery time will be the same.
