I'm using these compact mirrors for an upcoming baby shower. I had to open each one up individually to get the outer cheaper looking plastic off, and clean the mirror to make them look presentable. As I did that I scanned each one for defects. Out of 25 I had 2 that were broken and 5 that had a relatively obvious chip or discoloration defect so I won't use those if I don't have to. The rest were in fairly good condition, but they aren't super high quality or anything. I was able to dress them up with some ribbon over the inner plastic packaging and they do look pretty with the butterfly/floral design and ribbon that I added. For under a dollar you can't get much these days, so these were a steal for the price and they went perfectly with my butterfly theme. If you are going to buy these I would purchase extras to account for some manufacturing defects, unless you want to deal with returns. Wasn't worth it for me to return/exchange mine since I have enough good ones to give away at the shower.
